Brightly Senior Living, a high-end affordable approach to assisted living and memory care, is coming to Glen Carbon in the new Sunset Park Plaza Development. The new $9.2 million project in Glen Carbon will feature 38 assisted living apartments with a variety of floor plans and 22 private memory care suites in an appealing one-story modern farmhouse design.
Also coming soon to the Sunset Park Plaza Development will be Nashville based Edley’s Bar-B-Que. Established in 2011 by Will and Catharine Newman, Edley’s Bar-B-Que is now a Nashville institution, and a four-time winner of the best BBQ in Nashville. Although the brand is still highly entrepreneurial, the standards of excellence are high and Edley’s Bar-B-Que has quickly evolved into an institution with lines of hungry guests outside the door waiting to get their barbecue fix.
