Scott Muentnich the Owner of M4 Development, LLC., a local commercial construction consulting firm, where he is passionate about his client’s projects and doing exceptional work.
Scott graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1999 with a B.S. degree in construction management from the school of engineering. He received his LEED accredited professional designation in 2008 from the Green building council. As the commercial real estate broker, he is responsible for business development, leadership and specializes in guiding clients through the existing property assessment, land and construction process for the real estate services group at Barber Murphy.
In his twenty-five years in the commercial construction industry, Scott has been instrumental in developing and expanding both real estate and Construction services within the private, government and industrial sectors. His experience as a project manager and director of design and construction services provides him with a highly technical perspective to real estate projects ranging from tilt-up construction, medical/hospital, Multi story, heavy industrial, to local multi family and small business.
This out-of-the-box approach has proven to be a valuable tool for delivering quality, turnkey projects and has become a catalyst for client’s growth within the industry. As a result of his successes spun from this effort in the southern Illinois and surrounding areas, he has implemented long-term client relationships. Scott has become a strategic part of client growth initiatives, including local municipality negotiations, TIFF, grant, business incentives and redevelopment agreements.
When he isn’t working, you’ll find Scott hanging out at home in Collinsville IL, at a local establishment, festival or event with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys golf and traveling, especially to warm and sunny destinations, but any place will do if he is in the company of friends and family.
