Ethan graduated from the University of Missouri in 2016 with a BSBA Degree in Business. He began his career with a large St. Louis based design/build construction company. Focusing on the industrial sector, Ethan was responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, conducting due diligence, securing land entitlements, estimating, project design and project management. He has worked alongside end users, capital partners, development companies and real estate firms across the country to deliver millions of square feet of commercial real estate.
In joining BARBERMURPHY Group, Ethan leverages his experience in the commercial construction industry. Being able to identify what may need to be done to a property, Primarily serving clients that are seeking industrial real estate in the Greater St. Louis area, Ethan is part of the industrial team with Steve Zuber.
When he isn't working, you'll find Ethan spending time with his wife, son and dog. Ethan enjoys snowboarding, cycling, playing golf and hockey. Ethan is currently licensed in Illinois and Missouri.
