Eddie is a recent graduate from University of Missouri with a degree in economics and minors in entrepreneurship and hospitality management. He brings a well-rounded skill set across real estate brokerage, development services, and lending. Eddie will be focusing his efforts on investment, office and retail properties in Missouri. He has experience with development and redevelopment assignments within the hospitality, retail, multifamily and industrial sectors.

He will be working closely with clients throughout the Greater St. Louis area and the Lake of the Ozarks region to help them capitalize on emerging opportunities.

He holds a license with Liberty Loan Consultants, and serves as a debt broker, facilitating commercial real estate financing, hard money loans, private money, and new construction financing. For residential developer clients, He acts as a preferred lender, utilizing direct lending lines for conventional products. With access to a network of over 300 lenders, investors, banks, and family offices, I make sure my clients get the best possible terms to meet their project’s needs.

His combination of experience in real estate and lending, supported by a solid understanding of economics and entrepreneurship, allows him to provide personalized services for each client. Eddie takes pride in guiding investors and developers through the complexities of buying, selling, financing, and developing properties, while helping them achieve their goals and leading them to success.
