Vito joins BARBERMURPHY with a background rooted in leadership, customer service, and a passion for relationship-building. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Missouri State University, where he held several leadership roles within his fraternity, including overseeing recruitment efforts that resulted in one of the largest incoming classes at the university.

During his four years in college, Vito had the opportunity to shadow top-producing broker Steve Zuber, gaining firsthand experience in commercial real estate. This mentorship fueled his ambition to pursue the industry full-time, sharpening his focus on market dynamics, client needs, and long-term investment strategies.

Vito also worked at the original Bass Pro Shops location in Springfield, Missouri, where he gained valuable insight into the corporate world and developed a strong understanding of company policies, operations, and large-scale customer service. This experience strengthened his ability to thrive in structured business environments while consistently delivering high-level service to a diverse clientele.

He is excited to specialize in the St. Louis to Joplin corridor, bringing a deep understanding of the communities along the I-44 corridor. His time in Springfield has given him strong insight into the southwest Missouri market, and he is eager to help clients find success and opportunities throughout the state and beyond.

Outside of work, Vito enjoys golfing, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with family, especially over a plate of his grandmother’s authentic Italian cooking.
