The REALTOR Association of Southwestern Illinois recognizes Collin Fischer and Terry Johnson of the BARBERMURPHY Group for their Individual Real Estate Sales in 2018.

Collin Fischer - CCIM, Principal of BARBERMURPHY | Commercial Real Estate ServicesCollin Fischer – CCIM, Principal, received three awards during the celebration. He was the recipient of an Emerald Award, which goes to REALTORS who sold over $20 Million within one year, the award for Largest Commercial Sale of $7,587,500, and the award for Highest Dollar Volume sold by an individual in 2018 with $22,857,000 in sales.

 

 

Terry Johnson - Broker Associate at BARERMURPHY | Commercial Real Estate SolutionsTerry Johnson, Broker Associate, was awarded The Garnet Award which goes to REALTORS who sold over $10 Million within one year. The vast majority of Terry’s sales were with repeat clients which is a testimony to the service he provides his clients.

“My 2018 production of $11,760,000 consisted of 10 closings with my average sale of $1,176,000. 50% of the production was land sales, and the other half were spread across investment, office, and industrial. Ironically, 9 of the 10 sales involved previous / repeat clients.”  ~ Terry Johnson
