Suzanne is a recognized leader in commercial real estate in Southwestern Illinois and the St. Louis metropolitan area. In her 30-plus years in commercial real estate, she has garnered experience in commercial leasing and sales, property management and real estate development. 

Suzanne has been responsible for the leasing and management of an office portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. She also served as senior vice president of marketing and development focusing on project budget and viability, design coordination and project management for the development of multi-million-dollar office, multi-family and hotel development projects. Her further experience includes serving as advisory director for a major commercial property management firm.

Among her notable recent projects is the 67,000-square-foot office building in Fairview Heights, where the primary tenant is Vatterott College.
