Bob has been active in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois real estate communities since 1991. Prior experience in construction management, real estate appraisal, and real estate finance have given him a broad and balanced perspective when working with his brokerage clients.
Bob’s primary focus has been in the marketing of investment properties including multifamily, retail and office properties, marketing vacant land for development, and marketing of church properties. Recent work for church clients includes several in the Metro East region -- Ursuline Sisters of Mount St. Joseph in Belleville, United Methodist Church of Trenton, Genesis Mission Church in Madison, the Catholic Diocese of Belleville, St. Catherine’s, Immaculate Conception, St. Patrick’s, the Catholic Diocese of Springfield, St. Kevin’s Church in East Alton, and New Jerusalem Pentecostal Ministries.
