Bob has been active in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois real estate community since 1991.  Prior experience in construction management, real estate appraisal, real estate finance, real estate investment and property management gives him a broad and balanced perspective when working with his brokerage clients.  Bob’s primary focus has been in the marketing of investment properties, including multifamily, retail, and office properties, and marketing vacant land for development. Buyers and sellers can benefit from Bob’s broad-based education and experience in the real estate industry, particularly with respect to valuation, investment analysis, lease/purchase analysis, financing, market analysis, and tax strategies, such as use of the 1031 Tax Differed Exchange.
