Terry is a veteran commercial broker with 33 years of experience in office, retail, and land sales. Terry’s dedication to his clients has earned him distinction as one of the top commercial brokers in the area and a go-to guy for dozens of developers and corporations.

Terry has brokered some of the largest transactions in the area including the Fountains at Fairview, Shoppes at St. Clair, Shoppes at Green Mount, Memorial Hospital East, Auffenberg Shiloh Auto Mall, HSHS Medical Group, Anderson Hospital MOB 2, and countless others.

With more than three decades of on-the-ground experience brokering deals throughout Southern Illinois, Terry has an unrivaled understanding of the region’s real estate landscape and offerings.
