Marteeny is a University of Missouri Graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He enjoys applying his degree by performing financial modeling and underwriting investment opportunities.
Carter began his career in commercial real estate with a firm in
St. Louis, assisting their capital markets & investment sales group with financial analysis, primarily in the multifamily sector.
