If you were not happy with your real estate tax bill and feel your commercial property may be over assessed, it is now time to file appeals in Madison and St Clair County. You must file an appeal soon to reduce your taxes next summer. It would make sense to have someone take a quick look to see if an appeal would warrant moving forward.

Check with your local Township or County to determine the final date for appeal which is most probable in September.
