Todd joined BARBERMURPHY in 2025 as a Managing Broker, specializing in industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions throughout central and southern Illinois. With nearly 40 years of experience in economic development and real estate, he brings a deep understanding of how to successfully market industrial properties and build strong relationships with communities and manufacturers.

Prior to joining BARBERMURPHY, Todd spent 26 years as Director of Business Development for industrial developer Agracel, Inc., where he also served as Manager/Broker for Enterprise Realty, LLC. During this time, he led efforts to strengthen relationships with clients, communities, and prospects, while providing site selection and location services for companies such as Aisin Corporation, Hydro-Gear, Komatsu, Illinois Tool Works, Skyline Steel, and Treves, Inc.

Todd began his career in local economic development with the cities of Vandalia and Pekin, Illinois, before holding several economic and industrial development roles with Central Illinois Public Service Company (CIPS), later Ameren Services.
His extensive background in economic development and industrial real estate positions him as a valuable resource for clients navigating complex site selection and development decisions.
