Vito joins BARBERMURPHY with a background rooted in leadership, customer service, and relationship-building. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Missouri State University, where he held multiple leadership roles within his fraternity, including leading recruitment efforts that resulted in one of the largest incoming classes at the university.

During college, Vito shadowed Steve Zuber, gaining firsthand exposure to commercial real estate. This experience solidified his interest in the industry and helped develop his understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and long-term investment strategies.

Vito also worked at the original Bass Pro Shops location in Springfield, Missouri, where he gained valuable corporate experience and developed a strong understanding of operations, policies, and high-level customer service in a large-scale environment.

He plans to specialize in the St. Louis-to-Joplin corridor, bringing insight into communities along the I-44 corridor. His time in Springfield provides a strong foundation in the southwest Missouri market.
