McBride and Son Homes, dba Vantage Development Co, LLC sold three parcels of residential development land totaling 181 acres to O’Fallon Development Group, LLC. The three sites include 77 acres at Fountain Place, Fairview Heights, 57 acres at Quail Ridge in Waterloo, and 47 acres adjoining Plum Hill Estates in Belleville.
