Gregg brings a rich family history in commercial real estate to BARBERMURPHY, along with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing. Over the course of Gregg's successful career, he has served a wide variety of clients, from small, family-owned companies to large Fortune-100 organizations.

Gregg has commercial real estate experience in industrial, office, retail, land and investment properties, but no matter the kind of transaction he’s handling, there is one constant -- Gregg’s commitment to representing clients with honest advice and creative solutions. He ensures the best interests of his clients are always what guides him during each and every transaction.

Gregg’s abundant knowledge of the benefits of investing in Illinois markets has helped him to bring new investment, even from some companies that may previously have been hesitant due to unfounded, negative perceptions of the state. A case in point was when Gregg was able to highlight the advantages of purchasing a retail site in Collinsville, Ill., to his St. Louis native client.

Gregg is originally from Highland, Ill., and currently lives in Collinsville with his wife Peggy and their two children.
